Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.

• Work closely with other members of the care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
