Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate patients, create care plans, and collaborate with a caring team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
