Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Must be licensed to apply; strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice Occupational Therapy.

• Current OT license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
