Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Competitive compensation between $75,000.00 and $90,000.00 per year, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current state license as OT (OTR may be required by state).
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
