Flagship Therapy in Windsor, CO is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will collaborate in a supportive environment, providing necessary patient care for those with cognitive and physical functioning disorders.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders.
• Develop appropriate plan of care following regulatory standards.
• Utilize assessments and evidence-based practice for interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and use supportive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with health team members.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries.
