Flagship Rehabilitation, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Flagship Rehabilitation team in Washington, DC. You will evaluate patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program (BS/MS/MA/OTD).
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and keep physician orders up to date.
