Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Michigan.

As an OT, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining regulatory documentation. New grads welcome with mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (where required by state).
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
