Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
NBCOT-OTR certification if required by state
Current license as an OT in the practicing state
Strong communication and organizational skills
New grads welcome; mentorship available

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
Create and implement personalized care plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
