Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care teams in Illinois. A valid OT license is required; NBCOT certification is preferred where state rules apply.

Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the clinical team, and maintain thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where state rules require.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
