Qualifications

• State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License is required.
• New grads welcome to apply; we are willing to invest in growth.
• Experience in therapy settings is a plus, but candidates with enthusiasm are considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
