Job summary

Pure Health seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient care in a post-acute setting, evaluating and treating patients while guiding Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants under state guidelines. You will work in collaboration with the care team to develop and execute individualized therapy plans.

The role demands strong clinical reasoning, HIPAA awareness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Valid State OT License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in English with solid documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Evaluate patients and develop OT care plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants as allowed by policy.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation including evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Participate in in-service training and clinical teaching.
