Renewal Rehab in Charleston, IL is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and develop personalized care plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$90,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within the Enhance Therapies family. Licensed OT and NBCOT eligibility are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
