Sentara Therapy Center Healthy Way in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PRN (Flexi). You will assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, improve or restore vocational and daily living skills, and promote independence.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, VA OT license, BLS, NBCOT, and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and help build or restore vocational/daily living skills and general independence.
• Support patients to regain independence through OT interventions and activity-based therapies.

Experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,825.60 - $140,961.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
