Job summary

SnapCare in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a permanent full-time role in our health and rehabilitation center. The OT will conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients to improve daily living skills, motor function, and workplace performance.

You will provide evidence-based interventions, educate clients and families, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure holistic care while adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an OT in Oregon with current practice privileges.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations to assess client needs.
