GLISAN in in Portland, OR seeks a Part-Time/PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, train staff, and document care. The role requires a OT license and strong documentation skills, with responsibilities including discharge planning and family training.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising COTA staff, and coordinating with physicians and the health team. This position offers flexible hours and on-site work in a healthcare facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care documentation systems.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document findings.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from physicians.
• Treat patients per physician plan and supervise COTA and aides.
• Communicate progress with supervisor, families, and health team members.
• Record evaluations, progress notes, and discharge information per policy.
• Instruct families and staff on maintenance and caregiver training.
