Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve activities of daily living and mobility.
• Address cognitive, physical, and functional limitations impacting daily activities.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and independence strategies.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapy professionals.
