Job summary

Medical Hill Healthcare in Oakland, CA seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. You will help residents regain independence and achieve rehabilitation goals in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
