HealthPro Heritage in North Haverhill, NH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Grafton County Nursing and Rehab. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality patient care.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records in compliance with standards.
Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.
