HealthPro Heritage is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Portland, OR. This part-time role comes with flexible scheduling and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, and maintain necessary documentation.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Create personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients' needs and support accessing resources.
