Renewal Rehab in Toluca, IL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full‑time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term Care setting. You will evaluate and treat functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
