Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Toluca, IL. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits within a skilled nursing facility setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements while staying up to date with physician orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
