Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Toluca, IL within a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting.

You'll evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical education are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD).
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where state requires.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
