Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Toluca, IL, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role. You will evaluate patients with functional and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license to practice OT in the state.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
