You’ll manage a clinic-based caseload with the option to deliver mobile/community visits across Melbourne’s western suburbs based on your preferences. The role offers a highly flexible schedule with autonomy, serving NDIS participants, Home Care, and private clients, with potential for leadership as the service grows.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Full Australian working rights are mandatory.
• Ability to work across clinic and community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in a clinic-based caseload.
• Deliver mobile/community visits as agreed with the client.
• Conduct FCAs (Functional Capacity Assessments) and AT recommendations.
• Complete home modifications and environmental assessments and NDID documentation.
