Job summary

Mediix in Glen Iris, VIC, is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist with a paediatric focus to join a multidisciplinary team delivering flexible, family-centred care across clinic, home, school, kinder and telehealth.

You will manage predominantly paediatric NDIS caseloads, collaborate with Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, and contribute to sensory processing, assistive technology, and home modification work, with autonomy and senior-level responsibility.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Approximately 5+ years' paediatric experience.
• Experience across sensory processing, developmental support, and/or assistive technology and home modifications.
• A collaborative style that fits a small, tight knit multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable balancing clinic, home and community based work.

Senior Occupational Therapist | Paediatric NDIS, Sensory & Assistive Technology | Glen Iris, VIC

Do you love working with kids, but feel boxed into a one size fits all caseload at your current clinic? This paediatric focused, multidisciplinary team is looking for an experienced OT who wants more variety, more autonomy, and a genuine say in how their week is structured.

This isn't your typical clinic based role. The team works across clinic, community and home visits, schools and kinders, and telehealth, so no two days look the same. They take a neurodiversity affirming, strength based approach and lean into complex, interesting work including sensory integration, assistive technology, and home modifications (including SIL and SDA applications and functional capacity assessments).
