Job summary

Private Allied Health Practice in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will work within a warm, values-led clinic with strong clinical support and long-term staff retention.

The caseload is predominantly paediatric with opportunities to see adults, engaging families and schools. You will join an experienced team and benefit from supervision, CPD support and admin resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• General AHPRA registration (OT Board of Australia).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical OT experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check.
• Australian driver's licence.
• Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship possible)

Responsibilities

• Assessments and therapy delivery for paediatric clients.
• Functional capacity assessments and family/school liaison.
• Close collaboration with in-house Speech Pathology team.
• Manage a mix of NDIS, private and Medicare clients.
• Clinic-based one-on-one sessions with potential community/school/telehealth work.

A well-established, highly regarded private allied health practice in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is expanding its multidisciplinary team and seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join them. Operating for over 20 years and NDIS-registered, this warm, values-led clinic has built a strong reputation for evidence-based, client-centred therapy and long-term staff retention. This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT who wants to work alongside an experienced, collegiate multidisciplinary team, with the clinical support of a well-established practice behind them.

The catchment is family-heavy and well-referred, meaning a full, steady caseload from day one.

Your caseload

• Predominantly paediatric focus with scope to see adult clients depending on interest and experience
• Toddlers, preschool, school-age and teens — with presentations including autism, developmental delay, sensory processing, fine and gross motor delays, handwriting and school-readiness, and functional independence
• Assessment, therapy delivery, functional capacity assessments and family/school liaison
• Close collaboration with an experienced in-house Speech Pathology team
• Mix of NDIS (50%), private and Medicare clients
• Primarily clinic-based one-on-one sessions with scope for community, school and telehealth work as needed

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• General AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy Board of Australia)
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working as an Occupational Therapist
