Early Start Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our East Victoria Park clinic. You will identify assessments, manage caseloads, and develop tailored therapy programs across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You’ll collaborate with Speech, Psychology and other professionals to deliver measurable outcomes for children and families, while maintaining high standards of privacy and documentation. Flexible hours and professional development are offered.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to tailor services to meet individual needs of children and families.
• Experience engaging with a range of children, families and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus organisational skills.
• Excellent observational and reporting skills for clinical documentation.
• Capability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete client assessments.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload with a case-management approach.
• Develop, implement, and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Prepare home/session resources and progress reports.
