Qualifications

• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• An active OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help restore independence.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer to other care when needed.
