Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver in-facility therapy across our rehab programs.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will educate patients and caregivers, promote independence, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes a generous benefits package and potential visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Initial registration by NBCOT.
• Current state OT license as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and provide patient education.
• Support patient independence and functional goals.
• Mentor patients and caregivers on skills for daily living.
