Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver OT services to help them regain independence in daily activities.

We emphasize patient-centered care, collaboration with the rehab director, and opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. Powerback supports growth and a nationwide scope for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT curriculum accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Active OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and educate patients and caregivers.
• Contribute to patient-centered care and promote functional independence.
