Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and set appropriate goals.
• Provide direct patient care; evaluate outcomes; consult with other specialists as needed.
• Provide vocational training as appropriate for patient's potential skill level.
• Provide patient/family with options for adaptive equipment.
• Oversee the care of all assigned patients and care givers.
• Promote independence for Activities of Daily Living tasks.
