Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess, plan, and implement OT services to help patients regain independence and function in a supportive setting.

Work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with PTs, SLPs, and nursing to deliver comprehensive care. We value growth, mentorship, and patient-centered outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid, unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in-facility as part of the rehab team.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with other therapists.
• Support patient-centered care to improve independence and function.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)

NBOT/ NBCOT initial registration

Current OT license in state of practice
