Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to assess and treat patients using therapeutic activities to improve daily function. You will monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in care conferences to ensure comprehensive plans.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients by using therapeutic and self-care activities designed to improve function.
• Monitor a patient's activities to ensure correct performance and provide encouragement.
• Contribute to meetings and case conferences for coordinated care plans.
• Document patient’s weekly progress in records.
• Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and inventory.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment skills and techniques.
• Maintain NBCOT certification and state OT license where applicable.
