Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Milton is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. You will perform skilled patient evaluations and, based on findings, plan and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs for neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and general medical patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, serve as a clinical resource and mentor for new hires, and uphold evidence-informed standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BS, MS, or DPT program in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure by MA Division of Registration of Allied Health Professionals or eligibility as outlined.
• New graduates must obtain MA license within 3–6 months of hire and work under supervision until licensed.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled patient evaluations and, based on findings, plans and implements physical therapy programs.
• Manages patients in outpatient or inpatient settings, including neurological, orthopedic and geriatric cases.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary health team and mentors new hires; promotes evidence-based practice.
