Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates referred patients for age-appropriate behavior, motor skills, and physiological norms using tests and history.
• Develops comprehensive treatment plans with patient/family and physician.
• Administers therapeutic techniques and monitors patient response, adjusting as needed.
• Confers with patient/family, physician, staff, and facilities to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Adapts communication to patient needs (hearing/vision/cognitive).
• Documents care accurately in medical records and for billing.
