Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan OT treatment and orient patients and families.
• Assess impairments and adapt therapy to maximize independence.
• Collaborate with team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Set goals with patient and family and tailor therapy accordingly.
• Document care per department protocols and may supervise students.
