Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive or developmental limitations to improve independence in daily living and work activities.

You will develop individualized plans of care, deliver therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the care team, while ensuring proper documentation and home safety recommendations.

Qualificações

• Master's or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy is required.
• OT licensure in the state of practice and NBCOT certification are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment to improve activities of daily living, fine motor and cognitive skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and home modifications.
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants and aides as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, treatments and discharge planning accurately.
