Job summary

Talented Medicals Solution seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that restore or enhance independence and quality of life. You will implement evidence-based OT interventions across care settings and collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and educators to coordinate care.

The role emphasizes patient and caregiver education, documentation accuracy, and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification if required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans with physician orders and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and cognition.
• Educate patients and caregivers on plans, home exercises, and safety.
• Supervise COTAs, aides, or students when applicable.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in EMR and coordinate with care teams.
