Job summary

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Ohio.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess and treat patients with physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family members, and team members.
• Perform documentation and patient/family education per division protocols.
• Supervise COTA/L, volunteers, or students per OT regulations.
• Other duties as required.
