Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma to evaluate cognitive and ADL functional disorders, develop care plans, and provide skilled, medically necessary interventions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehabilitation programs and support patient goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of OT experience, an active Oklahoma OT license, and compliance with NBCOT/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist License in Oklahoma.
• 1 year of OT experience in Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation settings.
• New Graduates may be considered with Level II fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and develop treatment plans for cognitive and ADL functional disorders.
• Implement rehabilitation methods including ADL retraining and assistive devices.
• Assess progress and adjust plans based on evaluations.
• Communicate with healthcare teams about progress and barriers.
• Document services and maintain patient records per regulations.
• Participate in care conferences and meetings.
• Supervise OT assistants, aides, and students.
• Adhere to NBCOT and state practice act requirements.
