Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and mentor assistants. You will document patient progress, maintain standards, and participate in quality initiatives while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires an OT license (or temporary license) and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred), with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• OT license or temporary OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Oversees OT assistants and rehabilitation aides according to regulations.
• Participates in practice changes from performance improvement activities and supports quality standards.
