Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred).
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Temporary OT.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans.
• Document progress with objective data in EMR.
• Ensure patient and caregiver education and discharge planning.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehab aides per regulations.
• Support safety, productivity, and community outreach.
