Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred).
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) is required, or OT - Temporary.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with goal setting and activity frequency.
• Documents results clearly and timely using measurable terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers and provides discharge recommendations.
• Oversees OT assistants and rehab aides per regulatory standards.
• Ensures safety and quality in daily practice and supports department quality initiatives.
