Job summary

Compassus in Warren, MI is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered, home-based care. You will assess needs, implement therapy plans, and guide families to improve daily living and participation in activities.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient engagement, environment modification, and adaptive equipment. We offer flexible scheduling and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting.
