Job summary

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist. You’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes, assess daily needs, and help clients adapt environments to improve independence and safety.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current OT license, valid driver’s license, CPR, TB screening, hepatitis consent/declination, and two years’ experience in acute care or rehab. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
