Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, Bay Area, is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our premier, high-volume rehab team. You will provide occupational therapy services in the largest rehab gym in the Bay Area, under physician orders and OT direction.

We offer flexible schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN), a pay range of $45–$50+ per hour (DOE), and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and ongoing education,

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license in good standing.
• Passion for geriatric care and a strong commitment to hands-on clinical growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction.
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment.
