Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a PRN role. You will provide individualized OT services, including patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation, while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida
• SNF therapy experience preferred
