Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Salary: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health COTA, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans and evaluate patient progress in their homes. Responsibilities include:

1. Helping patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities.
2. Teaching patients new skills and techniques to improve their independence.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.

Requirements:

1. CPR certification
2. 1 year of Home Health experience preferred
3. COTA license in the state of Maryland
4. Liability insurance
5. Valid driver's license
