What you’ll be doing:
- Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
- Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
- Participate with other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
- Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop and modify plans of care, and perform reassessments every 30 days.
- Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.

Compensation and Schedule:
- $30/hr - $42/hr
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends as needed
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and AOTA, or certified by passing the National Certification exam.
- Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the AOTA.
- Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the practicing state, if applicable.
- Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
- One year experience in Home Health preferred.
