What you’ll be doing:

• Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
• Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
• Participate with other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
• Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop and modify plans of care, and perform reassessments every 30 days.
• Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $30/hr - $42/hr
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends as needed

What we’re looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and AOTA, or certified by passing the National Certification exam.
• Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the AOTA.
• Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the practicing state, if applicable.
• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
• One year experience in Home Health preferred.
