As a Occupational Therapist Assistant on our team, you’ll play a key role in providing quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in the healthiest and happiest state of being possible.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
2. Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
3. Periodically participate with all other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
4. Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
5. Responsible for initial assessment, plan of care maintenance program development and modifications and reassessments every 30 days.
6. Consult with physicians regarding change in treatment.

Job type and Pay:

Part time and PRN
$30/hr-$42/hr
Monday through Friday
Weekends as needed

What we’re looking for:

1. A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
2. Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education.
3. Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association (COTA).
4. Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply.
5. One (1) year experience in Home Health preferred.
